If you're eager to collaborate globally, face challenges head-on, and make substantial impacts, we're looking for you to join our dynamic team.ResponsibilitiesInnovate and Optimize: Develop and refine algorithms for ads retrieval, ranking, CTR or CVR prediction, auto bidding, and auction mechanism design.Drive Quality and ROI: Proactively devise new solutions to enhance ad quality and maximize advertiser ROI.Collaborate Globally: Work with cross-functional teams across the globe to deliver cutting-edge advertising solutions.Lead and Inspire: Demonstrate leadership and self-motivation in driving projects from conception to completion.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.Minimum of 5 years in development, with deep expertise in machine learning technologies (Recommendation Systems, Advertising Algorithms, NLP, CV).
