Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to support production teams and molding technicians. Inspect machines regularly, document unscheduled repairs, and complete assigned maintenance projects. Train and assist other Maintenance Technicians as needed. Monitor inventory levels, order maintenance supplies, and maintain detailed maintenance logs. Follow and enforce GMP and Food Safety standards to ensure compliance. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in machine maintenance, preferably in injection molding or manufacturing. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively on a fast-paced production floor.
