Machine Operator
Location: Dayton, TX
Pay: $17.00/hr
Schedule: Night Shift 8:00 PM-6:00 AM
Job Type: Full-time Temp-to-hire

LINK Staffing is hiring Machine Operators in Dayton, TX for a full-time night shift manufacturing role paying $17.00/hr. This position includes operating production equipment, keeping materials moving, checking product quality, and supporting daily production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
English-only or Spanish-only candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery during the shift
- Feed raw materials into machines and keep production moving
- Perform basic machine checks and adjustments
- Inspect finished product for quality issues
- Report equipment problems to supervisors
- Complete basic production paperwork
- Keep work areas clean and follow safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to work night shift from 8:00 PM-6:00 AM
- Able to speak either English or Spanish
- Reliable attendance and stable work history preferred
- Able to follow instructions and work safely
- Able to lift and move materials as needed
- Able to stand for long periods and perform physical work
