If interested in this Operator 1, Machine position, contact Milos Pavlovic at or Operator 1, Machine Compensation: pay $19.50/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Operator 1, Machine Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (overtime as needed) Operator 1, Machine Responsibilities Set up, start, operate, and monitor automated assembly machines and related equipment per SOPs Load components/materials; verify correct parts/labels; ensure proper machine settings for the work order Perform in-process checks and visual inspections; identify/segregate nonconforming material Complete production records, logs, and batch documentation accurately (GMP/FDA/ISO environment) Maintain clean/organized work area; perform routine equipment cleaning as required Escalate equipment malfunctions/process deviations/quality concerns; assist with basic troubleshooting within scope Follow safety/housekeeping/quality policies; wear required PPE; support team goals and rotate across tasks as assigned Operator 1, Machine Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days Prior manufacturing/production experience in a machine-paced environment (required) Ability to read, write, interpret, and follow instructions/specifications in English Basic math skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team environment Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work regularly and on time Operator 1, Machine Preferred Qualifications Experience in automated assembly, packing/packaging, labeling, and inspection Familiarity with GMP/ISO or regulated manufacturing documentation If you think this Operator 1, Machine position is a good fit, reach out-call, email, or apply.
