If interested in this Operator 2, Machine position, contact Milos Pavlovic at or Operator 2, Machine Compensation: pay $18.00/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates) Operator 2, Machine Highlights: Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM Onboarding/training (required): 1 week, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Contract role with potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs On-site position Interviews: in person, typically 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Mon-Fri) Operator 2, Machine Responsibilities Set up, operate, and troubleshoot moderately complex/automated manufacturing equipment Control/adjust machine settings and perform minor routine maintenance and preventative maintenance (PM) Perform routine production tasks such as filling, packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting Inspect in-process product for quality; remove defective product/materials Complete accurate documentation/logs for quality, safety, and maintenance (GMP/FDA environment) Support root-cause analysis for process/product exceptions Maintain housekeeping and follow all site safety policies Work overtime as needed based on business demand Operator 2, Machine Requirements: High School Diploma/GED 1-2+ years of manufacturing experience (machine operation strongly preferred) Ability to read, write, and follow instructions/specifications in English; basic math skills Basic computer skills (Windows environment) Must be reliable and punctual; attendance is mandatory (especially first 90 days) Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed Teamwork and communication skills Operator 2, Machine Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing experience in a regulated environment Experience with automated equipment, documentation, and GMP practices If you think this Operator 2, Machine position is a good fit, reach out-call, email, or apply.
