If you're dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to build a career in manufacturing, this could be a great fit.

Pay & Growth

• $19/hr to start during training
• $20/hr once training is complete and you move to 2nd shift (includes shift premium)
• Additional pay increases available based on performance and skill development

Schedule

• 2nd shift: 3:00pm-1:00am
• Monday-Thursday (4 x 10s) = 3-day weekends every week

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC/production equipment following work instructions
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy using measuring tools, gauges, and fixtures
• Complete required production/quality documentation
• Report issues and help keep production moving
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and meet production goals

What We're Looking For

• Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required (paid training provided)
• Strong attendance and reliability (this is a long-term opportunity)
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for a shift and lift up to 50 lbs
