Job Description: Job Summary Youll be responsible for the last step of our depth filter manufacturing process before the filters are ready for our customers in a variety of industries including reverse osmosis pre-treatment beverage processing and healthcare applications. Key Responsibilities: Safety is key! Observe all Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) rules including Lock-out/Tag- out Life-Saving Rules housekeeping practices etc. Participate in EHS meetings investigations and audits Proactively communicate and address safety concerns Work and cooperate well on a team to ensure team objectives are met Set-up operate and clean production equipment following prescribed manufacturing processes Move raw materials and finished products to proper locations. Enter production data into database forms logs and SAP accurately clearly and completely When problems arise perform basic troubleshooting to identify and correct root cause and minimize scrap Monitor raw material and final product quality including adjusting process parameters to assure product meets specifications Frequently lift and bend when manipulating materials to produce product Experience 1 3 years working in a manufacturing production or assembly environment Experience operating machinery or production equipment Shift Timing: 04:00 PM - 04:00 AM Key Skills Forklift,Calipers,Basic Math,Math,Mechanical Knowledge,Stamping Press,Plastics Blow Molding,Micrometer,Plastics Extrusion,Plastics Injection Molding,Sewing,Manufacturing Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
