Machine Operator (2nd Shift) ($21-24/hr.)

Join our dynamic team as a Machine Operator, where you will play a pivotal role in the manufacturing process during the 2nd Shift from 3pm to 12am or 1am, with opportunities for overtime. You will set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards are consistently met. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Read and interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, or production documents.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production standards.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or improvements.

Essential Skills

• Machine operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours (3:00 PM 12:00 AM / 1:00 AM).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work instructions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Medina, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
