Machine Operator Embroidery at Vestis

Essential Functions:Receive orders with customer specifications prepares garments for customization and using computerized sewing machines embroiders garments.Retrieves thread color threads needles and aligns garment or hat inside the hoop under the needle.Align the garment or hat under the needle to ensure proper placement of the stitching.Following customer specifications input the requested information into the sewing machine and applies the appropriate embroidery to the garment.May operate multiple machines at once.Proactively seek other ways to be productive or seek out Supervisor for direction in doing so.Perform the assigned tasks in a proficient includes attaining a minimum of 100% of the production standard for tasks for which production standards have been established.Maintain high quality standards on all work performed. Inspect all materials for damage and properly report the findings to the appropriate responsible person for resolution.Maintain a clean and hazard free work area including the removal of corrugated.
