We ensure the highest printing quality exceptional service timely delivery and capacity to meet the needs of any size issuer from small runs to quantities in the millions.As a Machine Operator at Fiserv youll be trained how to set up and operate machines such as embossing/card personalizers printers affixers inserters and mail sorters. Also you will adjust the machines to ensure work accuracy while responding to equipment error messages. You will perform quality checks confirm quantity produced ensure the batch is accurate per the order ticket and set up the equipment. What you will do:Operate a variety of production machines in the manufacturing process of credit/debit cardsAdapt and multitask as production volume changes without advanced noticeConduct quality checks to verify that the production materials are accurate according to the job orderCross train to learn the operation of other production equipmentResponsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.Experience youll need to have:Experience using a computer for data entryProficiency in spoken and written EnglishAbility to perform basic math to support various job responsibilitiesExperience that would be great to have:A high school diploma equivalent work or a combination of work education and military experience1 year of fast-paced production environmentHow youll work:You will work an assigned schedule of either 1st or 2nd shiftCompensation for this role is $20.00hrEligible to earn shift differential pay based on scheduleFlexibility in schedule to work required overtime that includes weekends and holidaysSponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role.
