Machine Operator II Lamination at SecurityTech

Finishing DepartmentThe Finishing Department takes printed panels and turns them into individual cards. The Lamination process turns individual layers of plastic into sheets of credit cards using heat pressure and time. This is a fast-paced area where consistency and attention to detail are essential as products transition to the next stage of production. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues like changing electrical pins and suction cups within the machine. STARTING AT $17/HOUR INCREASES BASED ON EXPERIENCE.Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the departmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive deadline driven environmentUnderstanding of quality processes and proceduresUnderstanding the influences of the vision system.
