Stable work environment with long-term growth potential Job Details Position Summary The Entry-Level Machine Operator will support daily production by safely operating cutting and processing equipment used to prepare aerospace-grade materials. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a long-term career in manufacturing with hands-on training and advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities Operate production equipment such as band saws and material processing machinery under supervision Read and follow work orders, job travelers, and basic production instructions Measure and inspect material using basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, rulers) Load, unload, and move material manually or with material handling equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required No prior machine operating experience required-paid on-the-job training provided Ability to perform basic math and measurements Willingness to learn industrial equipment and manufacturing processes Ability to stand for extended periods Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications: 1-3 years of machine operator experience (saws, CNC, presses, brakes, punch press) 1-3 years of manufacturing experience Interested in hearing more?
