Machine Operator / Maintenance TechnicianHours: Monday Friday from 7:00am-4:30pm with ability to come in early OR stay late up to a few hours a weekHourly Wage: $22-25 unlimited production bonus potentialOverview: We are looking for a machine operator and an individual with maintenance and mechanical experience willing to run our nailing machines. You would be the good to for an light maintenance on the machine.Duties & Responsibilities:Sort pallet component material and feed acceptable material into the machineSet up the machine in between each run according to the kiosk and to the customer needsAdjust machine throughout run to any issues that are presentBuild pallets according to customers requirementsCheck each pallet for quality issues as the pallets are being builtRecord production times and pallet counts throughout the day and turn sheet into the production manager after each shiftPerform light maintenance fixes as needed and communicate with maintenance any major issuesConduct preventative maintenance as requiredCommunication with production manager of any issues regarding machine and qualityMaintain and clean up work area during and at the end of each shiftFollow all safety procedures including personal protective equipment lockout tagout housekeeping and moreOther duties as assignedRequired Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Prior maintenance or mechanical experience required and ability to perform light maintenance activitiesAbility to work well with othersAbility to read write perform basic math and read tape measurementsMust be ability lift push and pull objects that are 75 pounds or heavierMust be able to sit walk bend and twist for long periods of time throughout the day Key Skills Forklift,Calipers,Basic Math,Math,Mechanical Knowledge,Stamping Press,Plastics Blow Molding,Micrometer,Plastics Extrusion,Plastics Injection Molding,Sewing,Manufacturing Employment Type : Part-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 22 - 25
