Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Pearland, TX

Pay Range: $15-$18 DOE

Shift: 1

What's the Job?

• Operate fabricating machines such as cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses, forming machines, spinning machines, and punches to cut, shape, and bend metal plates, sheets, tubes, and structures.
• Read and interpret job specifications to determine necessary machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Position stops or guides to specified lengths using scales, rules, or templates to ensure precision.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed.

• Ability to operate fabricating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Basic understanding of technical specifications and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
• No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
