A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Machine Operator This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week). If interested in this Assembly Machine Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman text ASSEMBLY MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Mebane NC 27302 - 100% on-site Payrate: $20.50/hr Required Availability: Full-Time Sunday to Thursday, 11pm-7:30am Overtime may be required ASSEMBLY MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Assembly Machine Operator will support overnight manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for operating and monitoring automated assembly equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLY MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up, start, operate, and monitor automated assembly machines Load materials and verify correct components and labels Perform in-process inspections and visual quality checks Identify and separate nonconforming materials Complete production logs, records, and batch documentation accurately Maintain clean and organized work areas following GMP and safety standards Assist with basic troubleshooting and escalate equipment or quality concerns when needed Follow all PPE, safety, housekeeping, and quality procedures Rotate between tasks and workstations as assigned Support team production goals and continuous improvement efforts ASSEMBLY MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Previous manufacturing or machine-paced production experience required Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English Basic math and computer skills required Strong attention to detail and quality awareness Effective communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible or extended hours as needed Work Environment & Physical Requirements Fast-paced manufacturing environment Standing and repetitive tasks required throughout shift Must be comfortable rotating between tasks and responsibilities Ability to work independently under direct supervision Take the Next Step!
