If interested in this Machine Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman text MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Cockeysville MD 21031 - 100% on-site Payrate: $18.45/hr Required Availability: Full-Time Monday - Friday, 2:00pm- 10:30pm One week of onboarding/training required on first shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime may be required based on business needs MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Machine Operator will support production operations in a manufacturing environment focused on liquid media processing. This role includes machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, inspection, packaging, and maintaining quality standards in a regulated production setting. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment Perform routine production functions including filling, packaging, labeling, assembling, and inspection Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic equipment issues Conduct in-process quality inspections and remove defective materials Maintain accurate production, safety, and maintenance documentation Follow GMP, SOP, FDA, and quality procedures Support clean-up and general production activities as needed Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred Machine operation experience strongly preferred Experience in regulated manufacturing environments is a plus Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills Ability to read instructions, diagrams, and specifications in English Basic math and computer skills required Ability to work independently and within a team environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work throughout the shift Ability to perform repetitive production tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Take the Next Step!
