If interested in this Machine Operator position APPLY NOW for IMMEDIATE consideration Brittney Blackman text MACHINE OPERATOR DETAILS AND COMPENSATION: Location: Columbus NE 68601 - 100% on-site Payrate: $20/hr Required Availability: Full-Time Rotating 12-hour shift schedule (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM) Rotating pattern: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off Includes weekends Overtime may be required MACHINE OPERATOR SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS: The Machine Operator will be responsible for supporting manufacturing production by operating machinery and performing routine tasks such as filling, packaging, labeling, assembling, and inspecting products. The Machine Operator ensures work is completed according to safety, quality, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate production records. The position also involves working as part of a team, rotating between different production duties, and contributing to efficient, continuous production flow. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform routine production tasks such as filling, packaging, labeling, assembling, and inspecting Operate machinery and support general production line functions Maintain accurate production records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Support team goals in a collaborative manufacturing environment Rotate into different tasks including assembly line work and housekeeping duties Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors MACHINE OPERATOR REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days Ability to lift up to 20 lbs independently Manufacturing or production experience Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic math, reading, and writing skills Comfortable working in a team-based environment Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed Take the Next Step!
