Machine Operator Specialist III Grinding 2nd at Bosch Group

Support the operation of the grinding machines in the VSL3 area.Actively communicate with the related departments (Planning Manufacturing Engineering Quality etc.).Train and monitor new production associates working on the specified shift and provide timely and effective feedback when required.Will be responsible to load/unload operate adjust change-over maintain multiple machines conduct 5S and aid in trouble-shooting.  Responsible to reach the daily targets and escalate in case of deviations.Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED Technical or Vocation Schooling a plus.3 to 5 years previous experience in Brazing Processes (or similar)Computer Skills including Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook Excel Word).Excellent communication skills - spoken written interpersonalAbility to learn and understand new processes machines and technology.Flexibility to work in different shifts overtimeAbility to stand and be mobile for 8 hoursProper hand dexterityAbility to read and follow instructionsAbility to read and prepare ordersAbility to lift (up to) 40 lbs.Math skills appropriate to a machining environment.Able to read product prints and check product to match.Proficient in the use of measuring devices.Setup machine using basic hand tools and measuring devices.Identify and assess common problems with machine trouble-shooting.Read and follow standard operating proceduresUnderstand and follow procedures pertaining to machine cleanliness and tool organization.Additional Information : All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills Forklift,Calipers,Basic Math,Math,Mechanical Knowledge,Stamping Press,Plastics Blow Molding,Micrometer,Plastics Extrusion,Plastics Injection Molding,Sewing,Manufacturing Experience: years Vacancy: 1
