The Machine Operator / warehouse worker is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate daily production completion, maintaining the quality of products produced. This role is crucial for ensuring on-time deliveries of the Disposable Cylinder Department products.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

Set up of the daily production

o Ensure proper chemicals are used

o Ensure valves are opened properly

o Document chemicals / parts / accessories are staged properly for efficient workflow.

Training and Procedures:

• • Be trained or willing to undergo training in the procedures for all disposable lines.

Record Keeping and Reporting:

• • Maintain the pressure vs temperature check sheet
  • Ensure proper documentation for daily production
  • Report any incident immediately to supervisor

Safety Compliance:

• • Adhere to all safety guidelines and standards, ensuring the disposable fill lines operate without incident.

Training and Development:

• • Participate in regular training and refresher courses as mandated by the company or regulatory bodies.

Continuous Improvement:

• • Provide feedback and suggest improvements to optimize disposable operations and improve efficiency.

Miscellaneous Duties:

• • Assist with any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
• Experience in a production or yard management role preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo training and certification as needed.

Working Conditions:

• This position requires physical activity, including lifting and moving heavy tanks and components.
• Work is primarily indoors in varying weather conditions (warehouse with forklift access doors open).
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
