Schedule

• Weekend Shifts: Friday-Sunday, 11:00 PM - 11:00 AM & 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM

• Training Period:
  Must be available to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday) for approximately 4-6 weeks

Pay & Shift Premium

• Training Pay: $19.00/hour (1st shift)

• Weekend Shift Pay:

  • $19.00/hour + $4.00/hour shift premium = $23.00/hour

• Weekend Pay Structure:

  • Paid $23.00/hour for the 36 hours worked

  • PLUS 4 additional bonus hours paid at $19.00/hour

• Total: Get paid for 40 hours while only working 36

This pay structure rewards weekend availability while maintaining full-time earnings.

Job Duties

• Operate CNC machines in a production environment

• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications

• Use precision measuring tools, gauges, and fixtures

• Follow work instructions and quality standards to produce quality parts

Training & Development

• Comprehensive training program provided

  • Combination of on-the-job and classroom training

• No prior CNC experience required - training is provided

Qualifications

• Enjoys hands-on, detail-oriented work

• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Reliable, willing to learn, and able to commit to weekend hours after training
