Location: Camden, NY Pay: $20.00-$22.00 DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available Training: 1216 Week Structured Training Program

Available Shifts

MUST TRAIN on 1st shift for 12-16 weeks: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Then move to either:

  • 2nd Shift: MondayFriday | 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: MondayFriday | 11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Machine Operators/Forklift Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, handling materials, and ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery
  • Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment as needed
  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
  • Perform quality checks and document production results
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

Safety & Dress Code

Safety is a top priority. PPE Provided:

  • Safety glasses
  • Hearing protection

Employee Must Provide:

  • Steel-toe boots

Dress Code Requirements:

  • No loose clothing
  • No hooded sweatshirts
  • Jeans and t-shirt recommended
  • Steel-toe footwear required at all times

  • 1216 weeks of structured, hands-on training
  • Ongoing support to ensure long-term success
