Location: Camden, NY Pay: $20.00-$22.00 DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available Training: 1216 Week Structured Training Program

Available Shifts
MUST TRAIN on 1st shift for 12-16 weeks: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:00 PM Then move to either:
- 2nd Shift: MondayFriday | 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: MondayFriday | 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Machine Operators/Forklift Operators to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment, handling materials, and ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery
- Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment as needed
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods
- Perform quality checks and document production results
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Safety & Dress Code
Safety is a top priority. PPE Provided:
- Safety glasses
- Hearing protection
Employee Must Provide:
- Steel-toe boots
Dress Code Requirements:
- No loose clothing
- No hooded sweatshirts
- Jeans and t-shirt recommended
- Steel-toe footwear required at all times
