Our client, manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Parsons, KS

Pay Range: From $16.20 an hour

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery such as resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Complete operator maintenance programs (OMP) for assigned machines within the first ninety (90) days of employment.
• Use saws, drills, and grinders to support manufacturing processes.
• Consistently meet production requirements and quality standards.
• Identify and correct unsafe or defective products to ensure safety and quality.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-5 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with tape measure use.
• Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures and use required PPE at all times.
