Aspire Bakeries champions the values of Integrity, Ownership, Customer Focus, Creativity and Care to help us deliver on People Safety, Food Safety, Quality and Collaboration.  The Operator 3, Relief is responsible for ensuring line 7 positions (Mixer, Sheeter, Oven, Packing and others) are properly covered throughout the scheduled breaks during the daily production run and filling in full time on days that require it.  Responsibilities:Follow all job specific responsibilities for each area outlined in the respective job descriptionsCollaborate closely with machine Operators and Leads.Follow all applicable job procedures as outlined in equipment manuals and Aspire SOPs.Through Aspire AOE training understands and uses Centerline and CIL daily management   systemsParticipate in root cause analysis and problem-solving processPerforms area walk daily to detect issues & defects to help reduce and maintain waste levelsFollows standard work procedures and trains others on current best approach to minimize system variationContributes to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing improvement ideas with management and actively engaging in AOE pillar activities.Adhere to GMPs and Health and Safety rules outlined in the employee handbookAdhere to and ensure compliance with food safety practicesAdditional tasks may be assigned as needed QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED is requiredAt least 6 months as an Ingredient operator or related experiencePrior experience in a fast-paced production or packing environment is preferred.Ability to understand and operate mixing process controls and makes adjustments when necessary.Basic knowledge of dough mixing and operating mixing equipmentAbility to write clearly and legibly and possess basic effective verbal and written skills in English.To perform this job successfully, an individual should have the ability to work with computers and operating screens. Shift: 2nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm ( Must be able to work weekends) Pay Rate: $24 - $25 per hour  Benefits Designed with You in MindAt Aspire Bakeries, we’re committed to supporting your well-being, professional growth, and financial stability.
