Location: Stuart, Florida - Onsite Role. 2nd shift Monday to Thursday 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM.Responsibilities: Under General Supervision:Operates all manual, CNC, or EDM machines to perform completely and independently specific operations as outlined in the methods and process sheetsChanges, sets, and adjusts precision tools as requiredLoads and deletes programs in the computerMakes minor adjustments of feeds and speeds on the assigned machineGrinds own cutting tools and drills (other than special purpose tools)Maintains specific tolerances and accurately performs dimensionsChecks parts using specified gages or furnished fixtures to ensure dimensions are maintainedPerforms routine maintenance checks and reports improper machine functionMaintains a neat and orderly work areaFollows all applicable safety rules and precautionsAssists with related training of other employees as neededPerforms other related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent3 years of relevant manufacturing experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The Company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.Preferred Qualifications Working knowledge of the machinability of metals, with a good mechanical aptitudeKnowledge and ability to use machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instrumentsKnowledge of shop geometry and trigonometry Working Conditions: Requires mobility in a manufacturing plant environment while using Personal Protective Equipment.
