For more company information please visit our websites at and .We are seeking aMachinistwith a minimum of 3 years ofexperience setting up and operating machines.This is a full-time hourly production position reporting to the Machine Shop Manager. Occasional overtime is required to meet product demands and schedules including some evenings and weekends when necessary.We offer excellent benefits (Heath Dental and 401K) competitive wages PTO and a climate-controlled environment.This position is in a manufacturing/machine shop environment and this individual is responsible for having fundamental knowledge of CNC milling machines including understanding of programming set-up and operation as well as the ability to work with senior level machinists to learn the proper and safe way to make our quality production parts. First and second shifts available.Schedule: Full time on site 1st or 2nd shift availableDuties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Performing programing operation and setup of various CNC milling machinesPerform setups and inspections for other departments as neededStudy and interpret drawings or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces sequence of operations and setup requirements to maximize efficienciesCommunicate and report non-conforming parts to supervisor engineers production control and quality control to resolve issueMaximize efficiencies through effective work set-up and transitionsMeet required product rates schedules and deadlinesFollows proper work safety practicesKeeps equipment and work area clean and orderlyPerforms basic preventative maintenance on equipmentAbility to use computers and other office equipmentRequired Qualifications:Mechanical aptitude and dexterityHigh School Diploma or GED3-5 years experience on CNC mills (Mazak preferred)Ability to use and read micrometers calipers dial indicatorsExperience with reading blueprints and assembly drawingsAbility to handle the demands of working under deadlinesMust be very detail-oriented highly organized self-motivated friendly reliable anduse good judgmentAbility to work and communicate effectively with other employees in a close working environmentDesired Qualifications:1 years of Mazatrol programming experience 3- 4- or 5-axis1 years of MasterCAM programming experience 3- 4- or 5-axisAccessible Technologies is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin disability status protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
