Machinist/ProgrammerThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in general understanding of Electro-Mechanical assemblies and manufacturing tools dies and fixtures along with programming various manufacturing machines.Responsibilities:- Design fabricate and maintain precision tools dies and fixtures used in the manufacturing process- Operate metalworking machines such as lathes milling machines and grinders- Programming of a HAAS CNC Lathe using MasterCam software- Read and interpret blueprints drawings and sketches to understand the design and specifications of the model- Cut shape and form parts using hand tools or power tools- Maintain a clean and safe work environment- Fabrication of production level parts to support schedules and product deliveryRequirements:- HS Diploma or Vocational Training program- 5-7 years of experience in similar field of work- Strong understanding of Milling and Lathe fabrication techniques and principles- Proficient in using various metalworking tools and machines - Ability to read and interpret blueprints drawings and sketches- Ability to program ProtoTRAK Controller and other HAAS lathes and milling machines - MasterCam software experience - Advanced troubleshooting skills Key Skills Electrical Discharge Machining,Calipers,FANUC,CNC Milling Machine,Machining,Tooling,CNC,CAM Programming,CNC Lathe,Micrometer,Precision Measuring Instruments,Trigonometry Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
