This role blends hands-on technical work with process improvement governance and support across a growing healthcare/clinic environment. You will manage the full stack of Apple hardware assisting with provisioning workflows JumpCloud identity MDM policies and Apple Business Manager enrollments.Device & Asset ManagementOwn the full lifecycle of Apple devices (Mac iPad) along with Chromebooks and PCs from procurement through retirementMaintain accurate asset inventory tagging tracking and reportingEnforce configuration standards and security baselines across all endpointsManage hardware distribution collection RMA and logisticsProvisioning & DeploymentCreate and maintain automated onboarding/offboarding flows using JumpCloud Apple Business ManagerBuild and iterate zero-touch deployment workflowsManage pre-stage enrollment MDM profiles policies and automated scriptingSupport & EscalationProvide Tier 2/3 MacOS supportTroubleshoot complex issues across hardware profiles networking and authenticationMaintain documentation SOPs and knowledge base articlesInfrastructure & OperationsPartner with networking/security teams on Wi-Fi NAC and VPN configurationsSupport remote clinic IT infrastructure (APs printers basic audiovisual/support gear as needed)Assist with vendor coordination for repairs warranty claims and outside servicesWhat You Bring3 years of heavy MacOS fleet management experience in a business/enterprise environmentHands-on JumpCloud administration (MDM Directory Policies)Extensive Apple Business Manager experience (tokens enrollment DEP supervision)Strong understanding of SSO MFA identity lifecycle and role-based accessFamiliarity with security frameworks (data protection)Excellent documentation and systems thinking habitsComfortable working independently and owning outcomes end-to-endBonus: Healthcare or multi-location retail experienceSuccess Looks LikeEvery asset is accounted for with real-time statusClinics receive hardware that just works without manual setupAccess and security policies are clean standardized and enforcedSupport tickets drop because workflows and automation do the workHardware and SaaS costs stay controlled through smart lifecycle managementWork ModelHybrid:3 days/week onsite for hardware workflows deployments and team collaborationTravel to Pikesville location for hardware provisioningFlexible remote days for documentation monitoring policy updates and tooling workCompensation: $18 - $50 per hourAt Bond Vet were proud to be vet founded and vet led.
