IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list!You can check outfor more info on us!ResponsibilitiesThis is a full-time position performing receiving and mail related services.Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established proceduresReceiving Shipments Receive process and deliver packagesShipping - Package processing and arrange pick-up of outgoing packagesFacilities Services-Receive and track activity using work order system move furniture assemble light furniture moving of boxes as required hang pictures as required office swap outs and perform other related duties Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume environmentAdhere to all safety proceduresParticipate in cross-trainingPerform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needsQualificationsIdeal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations and customer service.Valid drivers licenseHigh school diploma or GED is requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvyAbility to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion with assistanceStanding for long periods of time; significant walkingPreferred forklift certificationWarehouse experience computer skills and customer service skillsIST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
