University of St. ThomasJob Description:The Mail Clerk will provide mailroom support services campus wide as well as clerical support to the Facilities Department. The general responsibilities of this position are listed below.ResponsibilitiesMaintains the mailroomReceive and sort mail for distributionProcess and send outgoing mail and packagesCoordinates the receiving of packagesCoordinates the delivery of packagesMonthly reporting of billbacks to Facilities CoordinatorInvoice processing to the Facilities CoordinatorSupervises Student Workers and creates their scheduleAssist the Facilities CoordinatorOther duties as assignedRequirements and SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel) preferredAbility to learn the Quadient Mailroom Software (Training Provided)Maintains high standards for work areas and appearanceHighly self-sufficient worker with the ability to problem solve quicklyExcellent Customer Service SkillsAbility to work Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:30amAbility to remain flexible during some HolidaysMust have valid Drivers LicenseHigh School Diploma or GED The University of St. Thomas is an Equal Opportunity Employer Key Skills Archival Standards,Typing,Data Entry,Customer Service,Computer Skills,Microsoft Outlook,Windows,Office Experience,10 Key Calculator,OSHA,Microsoft Excel,Filing Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
