Job Location: Fort Worth TXJob Type: Full TimeShifts Available: 1stCompensation: $23.85/hrBenefits Information Medical Dental Vision Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Principal Accountabalities Apply paint to both interior and exterior building surfaces and structures Carry out structural repairs on floors walls and ceilings as needed Diagnose and fix plumbing issues including leaks and blockages Perform routine electrical maintenance and minor repairs Paint rooftop piping as required Patch holes and restore damaged walls and other surfaces Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and operational Follow all safety guidelines and regulations consistently Required Qualifications Demonstrated experience in general maintenance and repair work ideally within commercial or industrial environments Solid understanding of plumbing systems and the ability to diagnose and resolve related issues Skilled in painting methods including proper surface preparation techniques Capable of performing structural repairs on floors walls and ceilings Familiarity with pipe painting and routine maintenance tasks on rooftops Physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy items and perform tasks that involve bending kneeling and reachingPreferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to carry out minor electrical repairsPlease note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.Equal Opportunity Employer including Disability/Vet Key Skills Civil,Children Activity,Acquisition,Civil Project Management,HAAD RN,HTML Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
