What this job involves- The Maintenance Coordinator will provide support to the Site and/or Assistant Facility Managers with operational activities in maintenance and operations accounting and finance vendor oversight equipment and supplies occupancy services and proactively develop and maintain client relationships ensuring that expected service levels are achieved.What your day-to-day will look like:Acts as an interface with client visitors and guests. Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation.Coordinate special events in support of client or JLLProvide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directedAssist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activitiesAssists with receiving and dispatching of work requests to technical staff vendors or other services providers.Resolves problems associated with all building services including: janitorial food service coffee services parking vending security conference rooms furniture as well as interior and exterior furnishings fixtures and equipment.Provides facility specific assistance as needed or requested.Ensure delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance.Reads and understands the applicable Service Level Agreements helps achieve the Key Performance Indicators and scores favorably on the client satisfaction surveys.Ensures appropriate follow up with customers.Assist with budgetary requests analysis and reportingSeeks to continuously improve processes systems and overall client satisfaction.Provides direction/information to vendors facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruption as needed.Ensures all supply orders are placed in a timely mannerMonitor and report to the Facility Manager on the facility operation through both direct employees and third-party service providers to ensure that all KPIs and SLAs are met or exceededAny and all other tasks and duties assignedRequired Qualifications:High school diploma GED or equivalent is required.Associates or Bachelors degree preferred2 years experience with Facility or Property Administration preferred.Ability to maintain professionalism at all times under stressful situationsAbility to plan and manage work under time constraintsProficient in using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel Word Outlook etc.Strong interpersonal and communication skillsTeam player with strong organizational skillsAbility to communicate information in an organized and concise manner in both oral and written reportsPreferred Qualifications:Proficient in SAP and CMMSLocation: El Paso TXLocation: On-site El Paso TXJob Tags:HiringIf this job description resonates with you we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all the requirements.
