DescriptionThe Facilities Custodian/Utility Worker position is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities for students, staff, and visitors of the college. This position performs a variety of custodial, maintenance, and utility duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and facility upkeep. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and customer service. This position may work independently or as part of a team and may be assigned to different shifts and locations as needed.Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis position description should not be interpreted as all inclusive. HoursThis position is fulltime, 40 hours/per week, working Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm with occasional overtime and weekend work.
