Job DescriptionJob DescriptionFacility maintenance engineer- $32/hour HIRING IMMEDIATELY!ResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair all mechanical systems such as large commercial equipment and rooftop HVAC units.Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs.Ensure the efficient operation of HVAC systems in commercial buildings.Conduct routine maintenance duties at office buildings downtown.Essential SkillsExperience in HVAC, facilities maintenance, and building systems.Proficiency with chillers and facilities maintenance.1+ years of experience with hands-on maintenance of commercial HVAC units (3+ years preferred).Chiller and boiler experience is highly preferred.Pay & Shift:Pay Rate - $26/hr. - $32/hr.Shift: 7am - 3:30pm M-FJob Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Overland Park, KS.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.they offer health, vision and dental benefits.
