Maintenance Engineer Technician 2nd Shift at Marmon Holdings

Supports production by minimizing downtime performing equipment installations and contributing to continuous improvement.Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic pneumatic robotic and automated systems. Use PLCs ladder logic and HMIs for fault resolution.Automation Support: Maintain and support automated production equipment including robotics conveyors sensors actuators and control systems.Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance on heading threading painting packaging and automation equipment.Equipment Installation & Upgrades: Assist with setup installation commissioning and improvement of equipment using schematics and technical manuals.Machine Setup & Changeover: Support alignment and tooling adjustments during changeovers. Provide operator support during runs.Facility & Utility Maintenance: Maintain air compressors lighting water systems and perform facility inspections.Documentation: Accurately complete work orders downtime logs and maintenance records. Communicate repair timelines with production leads.Inventory Management: Track usage of tools and parts; request reorders to avoid downtime.Collaboration: Work with production engineering and quality teams. Train operators in basic troubleshooting and equipment care.Continuous Improvement: Participate in root cause analysis and support equipment performance enhancements.Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA standards lockout/tagout procedures and company safety policies.
