Youll ensure our community looks feels and smells its best.Drive Excellence: Participate in budget discussions collaborate with corporate partners and vendors and recommend capital improvements that add value to our community.Be a Hands-On Leader: Tackle maintenance requests whether its a plumbing issue a minor electrical fix or a simple lightbulb change while mentoring your team to do the same.Were Looking for Someone With:At least 3 years of experience in building maintenance with a strong preference for backgrounds in hospitality or senior living.A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.The ability to effectively manage projects and budgets and make data-driven decisions.Why Youll THRIVE at The Waters:We believe in taking care of our team from day one.
