ResponsibilitiesJob purpose of the hotel maintenance tech is responsible for all areas preventative maintenance and assists repairs and maintenance of hotel equipment including mechanical equipment such as pumps and motors and Guest Room RepairsImplement policies and procedures under the guidance of the General ManagerPerform job functions with attention to detail and accuracyEstablishes and maintains professional efficient and effective communication channels within the entire the HotelKeep all record pertaining to heat light power and cost of facility while the original documents are submitted to the General ManagerMaintain appropriate equipment operating logbookMaintain adequate inventory of spare part tools and suppliesMaintain purchasing records equipment manuals etc.Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a teamLive and demonstrate the company core valuesTrain & supervise subordinates and assist training for all employees on safety & emergencyWork with minimal supervisionSatisfactorily communicate with guests management and co-workers to their understandingUnderstand guests service needsEnsure timely response to services request from the guests employees and management to repair or replace interior fixtures or furnishingRespond or perform duties of a groundskeeperProvide maintenance repairs to guestrooms public areas and administrative officesRepairs may include plumbing kitchen mechanical laundry electrical heating cooling ventilation furnishings and fixtures painting wall cover repairs light carpentry door and window repairsMaintain a working log of maintenance requestsFollow up on all requests with the appropriate department and guestsMaintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel dataKeep work area neat and tidyUniform and personal appearance are kept clean and professional and are in accordance with the company Grooming PolicyComply with company policies procedures and Code of EthicsMaintain and distribution system of electricity water gas stream etcMonitors and coordinates the service performed by outside contractors in accordance to the contract leases service agreements and warrantiesConduct continuous inspection on the building and ground to ensure the compliance with the relevant fire and safety lawsPromote a safe working environmentFollow OSHA guidelinesMaintain the MSDS logMaintain the Rooms Preventative Maintenance Program and consistently keep updated records on fileLearn and adhere to all fire and emergency procedures including procedures for handling of the fire panel ensuring guest safety and participate in an evacuation if necessaryPractice safe working habits including bending and lifting appropriately to avoid injury reporting hazards appropriate se of cleaning chemicals and working to minimize tripping and falling hazardsPrioritize and organizeBe a clear thinker remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgementParticipate in helping the hotel recycleEmployees will be required to perform any others job related duties assigned by their supervisorQualificationsMaintenance: 2 years (Required) Key Skills Babysitting,Gsm,Informatica,BPO,ACCA,Designing Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
