Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:repairs to appliances and fixturespatch holes in wallspaint building interiorsclean vacant units and interior spacesmiscellaneous carpentry repairschange locksgrounds keeping, landscaping and snow removalRate of pay is $25 per hour.
