Maintenance Lead (Bismarck Campus) at Evangel Church

While the church is all about one person Jesus it is made up of many different kinds of people and we are always looking for quality individuals to join our team.POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a friendly energetic individual to join the Evangel team and support our ministries by serving on the Facilities Team and taking the lead on maintenance duties. This role helps ensure our facilities are welcoming safe and functioning at their best so we can continue accomplishing the vision ahead of us.This opening may be full-time or part-time depending on the right candidates skills experience and availability.NON-NEGOTIABLES (ABOUT YOU)A positive person with a willingness to be part of the Evangel staff community including all-staff and chapel eventsA servants heart with a teachable attitudeDependable trustworthy and able to make good decisionsAligned with Evangels mission: Connecting Real People to a Real GodRESPONSIBILITIESGeneral Facility Repairs & Projects: Perform and oversee routine repairs including electrical plumbing and mechanical systems ensuring the campus remains operational and safe. As well complete basic construction projects to help enhance spaces and make them more functional.Preventive Maintenance Scheduling: Maintain preventive maintenance schedule for HVAC electrical and plumbing systems ensuring long-term efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Oversee Grounds & Snow Removal: Manage and coordinate snow removal during the winter months ensuring all walkways parking lots and outdoor areas are clear and safe for church members and visitors. Summers keep weeds controlled bushes and shrubs taken care of. Communicating with our contracted contractor for this as well.
