Summary Of PositionPerform routine housekeeping light maintenance and grounds (including snow removal) related tasks to maintain a safe clean and healthy living and working environment for residents and assigned staff of 2 on campus university apartment complexes.Other Minimum QualificationsHigh school or vocational school graduation or equivalent. Skills in minor plumbing electrical work and carpentry. Ability to use tools and machinery. Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this job including heavy work with exposure to inclement weather for prolonged periods of time. Must successfully complete a job specific bio-mechanical test. Must be able to wear and use appropriate personal protective equipment as necessary. Must take part in rotating on call availability.Additional Preferred QualificationsMust be able to effectively work alone as well as with others.
