Maintenance Manager Assistant at TPI Partners

We are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team as a Maintenance Manager Assistant! This position would have the opportunity to transition to Maintenance Manager as things progress.

Responsibilities:

• Preventative maintenance inspections
• Stocking of spare parts
• Hands on electrical, plumbing, and welding repairs
• Safety Audits
• Equipment refurbishment
• Equipment repairs

Training will entail:

• Apprenticeship with existing Maintenance Manager

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2-5 years Electrical and Mechanical Experience
• Experience in factory settings
• Fork Lift Certified
• Leadership Skills
• Problem Solving Abilities
• Knowledge of the Plastics Industry would be beneficial

Hours, Benefits, and Compensation:

• 7 AM to 5 PM
• Additional hours when needed to fulfill responsibilities
• Salary will be experience dependent
• Starting Salary $40,000 to $50,000 annually with management opportunities
• Paid Vacation
