Maintenance Manager - Youngstown, Ohio - JOB 26-00166 Salary Range: $85k - $105k Permanent Position with Benefits 2nd / 3rd Shift Opportunity! Youngstown, Ohio area Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the Maintenance Department on 2nd and 3rd shift operations supporting manufacturing operations through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED (Vocational/Technical education preferred) 5+ years of hands-on machine maintenance and supervisory experience Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical manuals Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems (110 VAC, 240/480 VAC 3- phase Diagnose / troubleshoot equipment issues using precision measuring and diagnostic instruments Oversee repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, HVAC, and pneumatic systems Ensures completion of Preventative Maintenance (PM) programs Skilled in welding, brazing, lathes, milling machines, and industrial shop equipment Fabricate repair parts using lathes, milling machines, welding/brazing equipment, and shop tools Prepare maintenance reports and communicate operational updates Strong communication and leadership skills Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
