Develop, execute, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime during production and sanitation windows
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures in high-speed production environments

Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all maintenance activities comply with USDA/FSIS, HACCP, GMP, and sanitation standards, particularly in areas supporting ground meat operations

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, train, and develop a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians
Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, and build bench strength within the maintenance organization
Coordinate maintenance coverage to support multi-shift and weekend production schedules

Planning, CMMS & Continuous Improvement

Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and track work orders, PM compliance, and parts usage
Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets with a focus on cost control and uptime optimization
Analyze downtime trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives across grinding and processing operations
Support capital projects, equipment installations, line upgrades, and facility improvements

Required Qualifications
