Competitive Pay Rate New Facility Employer Paid Education Great Benefits and 401k Ability for Growth Job Details Lead and work alongside the maintenance team in a hands-on capacity Assess current maintenance operations and implement structured improvements Develop and enforce preventive and predictive maintenance programs Drive equipment reliability, uptime, and root cause analysis initiatives Improve CMMS utilization, tracking, and maintenance metrics Establish discipline around PMs, spare parts, and inventory management Coach, develop, and hold the team accountable to higher performance standards Partner with operations to support production goals and minimize downtime What We're Looking For: Proven maintenance leadership experience in food manufacturing (dairy highly preferred) Strong technical background across electrical, mechanical, and automation systems Experience with high-speed manufacturing and packaging equipment Demonstrated success improving uptime, reliability, and maintenance processes Experience implementing or enhancing CMMS systems A leader who can challenge the status quo and drive accountability What Success Looks Like: Quickly identifies gaps and executes a structured improvement plan Measurable gains in uptime and equipment reliability Strong PM discipline and improved inventory control A more capable, accountable, and engaged maintenance team Interested in hearing more?
