Key Responsibilities Lead train and manage the maintenance team to ensure operational efficiency. Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Oversee the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facilities. Manage the maintenance budget including spare parts inventory and external services. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies for all maintenance activities. Collaborate with production to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment reliability. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience (5 years) in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery automation electrical and mechanical systems. Proficiency in implementing and managing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Demonstrated leadership and team management skills including budgeting and resource allocation. Solid understanding and adherence to safety regulations (e.g. OSHA LOTO) and quality standards. Bonus Qualifications Certification or experience with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles. Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g. Siemens Rockwell) or advanced industrial automation systems. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or extensive experience managing capital improvement projects. Experience with energy management systems utility optimization or sustainability initiatives. Prior experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment (e.g. FDA GMP food safety standards).
