Key Responsibilities Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for manufacturing equipment. Lead train and manage the maintenance team fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Ensure optimal uptime and reliability of all production machinery and facility infrastructure. Manage maintenance budgets spare parts inventory and external vendor relationships. Implement and enforce safety standards and regulatory compliance within maintenance operations. Collaborate with production and engineering to minimize downtime and support operational goals. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience managing maintenance operations and teams in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Demonstrated ability to implement and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Experience with budget management spare parts inventory and vendor relations. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance (e.g. OSHA). Bonus Qualifications Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with advanced CMMS/EAM platforms (e.g. SAP PM Maximo Infor EAM). Experience managing capital improvement projects and facility expansions. Familiarity with PLC programming and industrial automation systems.
