Maintenance Manager at NT Window

NT Window is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and strengthen our maintenance operations for our window manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for equipment reliability, safety, team leadership, and continuous improvement across all production and facility assets.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians

• Own preventive maintenance strategy and CMMS utilization

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and equipment troubleshooting

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Lead PLC, electrical, and controls troubleshooting and improvements

• Manage vendors, contractors, spare parts, and maintenance costs

• Enforce safety programs (LOTO, OSHA, NFPA 70E)

• Drive reliability improvements and reduce unplanned downtime

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing

• 3+ years in a maintenance leadership role

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

• PLC experience (Allen-Bradley / Studio 5000 preferred)

• CMMS experience (Fiix, eMaint, SAP PM, or similar)

• Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder logic

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

• CMRP or CRL

• Journeyman or Master Electrician (TX)

• OSHA 10/30 or NFPA 70E
