Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians including scheduling training and performance evaluations. Develop implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. Oversee all reactive maintenance activities ensuring prompt resolution of equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime. Manage the maintenance department budget including spare parts inventory procurement and cost control. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations environmental standards and company policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Collaborate with production and engineering departments to support new equipment installations and process improvements. Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment. Strong technical expertise in industrial machinery electrical mechanical and hydraulic systems. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management scheduling and inventory. Demonstrated ability to develop and manage maintenance budgets control costs and optimize resource allocation. Experience implementing and optimizing preventative (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
