Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Manager in the Great Falls, Montana area. This is a direct hire, 1st shift position.
Key Highlights:
- Pay: $90,000 - $115,000 depending upon experience
- Shift: 1st
- Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Vacation
- Relocation considered for right candidate
Responsibilities:
- Hands on experience with maintenance repairs, revision and installations for both electrical and mechanical
- PM program monitoring and revamp as needed
- Review of maintenance processes and look for improvement opportunities
- Equipment and facility inspections for operational readiness
- Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are adhered to.
- Oversight of training, scheduling and other personnel procedures
Background Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Manager role
- Proven hands on experience with mechanical and electrical repairs on production and facilities equipment
- Familiar with material handling equipment such as overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.
- High regard for safety and great communication skills
- Physically capable to move up to 75 pounds with/without assistance
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
