Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Lead train and manage a team of maintenance technicians fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Oversee the repair and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure to minimize downtime. Manage the maintenance budget spare parts inventory and procurement processes effectively. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations company policies and quality standards. Analyze maintenance data and KPIs to identify trends optimize processes and improve equipment reliability. Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities and support operational goals. Recommended Qualifications 5 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Demonstrated ability to lead train and develop a team of maintenance technicians. Strong understanding of industrial electrical mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Experience implementing and managing preventative predictive and reliability-centered maintenance programs. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience implementing or optimizing advanced Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Demonstrated experience with advanced automation robotics or PLC systems. Prior experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
