Job Description Summary:The Maintenance Mechanic II - Facilities & Operations is a highly skilled work involving building maintenance trades in the area of heating/ventilation and air conditioning electrical and plumbing. An employee in this class receives guidance from the Superintendent and Lead Maintenance Mechanic. An employee may be required to direct assignments to and oversee work activities of one or more Maintenance Workers or lower-level Maintenance Mechanics.
